"The TV was not connected to any broadcast service and although the host offered to send a technician I declined as it was not a real priority on this stay. I would expect this to be dealt with should I want to return."

"This host uses checkmyguest, which was a very inconvenient service - it’s a month later and I’m yet to see the 500€ security deposit. This host required a 500€ deposit through check my guest. As the accommodation is quite nice, this by itself seems fine. I went to pay the deposit the day before check in and the webpage was not functioning. I had to remain on hold with checkmyguest to have the link resent when it still didn’t work on the day of check in. It ultimately took an extra 20 minutes to wait for service, get a new link to pay the deposit, pay the deposit and get access information. Approximately a week after our departure I received notice that the security deposit had been released. It was however not released to my account. Over the following weeks, I repeatedly contacted my bank (with whom I’ve never had an issue before) and the host, with each stating that they hadn’t received notice of the release and had released the money respectively. The host ignored the specifics of a request I made to send information my bank requested to release the funds in the absence of the conventional process and repeatedly send a fairly useless receipt purporting to show the deposit had been released. I’m unsure if this issue releasing the deposit was as my bank account is not European, but I’ve never had this issue before and found host support unhelpful. This would be a lovely stay if the host reconsidered their use of checkmyguest. My bank has told me that if the host does nothing, the pre-approval will time out in the coming days, over 4 weeks from departure, and the issue will be finally resolved."

"The location is very very good, and the size of the room is quite large for a single person's stay. With all of the fundamental cutleries and facilities, the house really easy my stay during Paris."

"The ventilation of the room needs improvement. The room get really hot after the shower, especially during summertime in Paris. The problem would be solved if the room had an air conditioner."
